Cheryl Cran Education Clients
Cheryl Cran has worked with many clients in the education industry including: BCIT Nursing Institute, Canadian College of Health Leaders, Canadian Education Center Network, Career Development Canada, FCCLA- Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Montreal School Board, University of BC, University of BC Student Leadership, University of Hawaii,Vancouver Island University
The education industry is experiencing its own unique changes with the shifting generational attitudes around education delivery, leadership and the future.
Recently I keynoted for Vancouver Island University to a group of Gen Y’s who are embarking on their careers post-university. The message?
We need your minds! We need your ability to navigate technology with fearlessness and we need your fresh and creative perspectives to build the future. I provided insight and tools on how to thrive in a multigenerational workplace and to have deeper understanding of their Gen X and Zoomer co-workers.
The keynote was, “Take Positive Control of the Future- Lead With 2020 Vision” which includes research on different generational attitudes and how they are affecting the future of work and education.

Education Testimonials
“Cheryl it was great to have you as our keynote speaker for our 1500 Advisers at the FCCLA conference- your session “3 Generations, 1 Workplace” was a hit! Our group left with new awareness and more importantly great ideas on how to speak the language of Gen Y but also how to leverage technology so that every one from every generation can communicate better and with greater success. Your interactive style with the group was refreshing and having the audience text you questions was a great way to make sure people participated. Thanks for helping us make the FCCLA conference a huge success.”

“Cheryl’s Presentation in May 2011 received rave reviews from our audience. She allowed us to laugh at ourselves by revealing the misconceptions we have about those from generations different from our own. Her message was timely, relevant, and humorous. Even better, she managed to educate us without our even knowing it!”
We are looking forward to hearing her again!
