At a recent health conference Cheryl’s custom keynote title was, “What if Generation Y Ran Healthcare?” the meeting planners wanted to have an event where all of the keynote speakers and concurrent speakers looked at healthcare through the eyes of Generation Y. It was a fascinating event and in my keynote the audience texted questions to the a moderator and were answered on the spot.
