Prior to consulting, training and speaking and In addition to Cheryl’s banking background she worked in insurance for part of career with GE Capitol. Cheryl understands that the insurance industry is rapidly working to increase technology and work with multiple generational clients and employees. In many ways the insurance industry is in a renaissance as it works to minimize threats with retiring Zoomers (Baby Boomers who refuse to age) as well as work to retain their Generation X and Y talent.
