Cheryl's Quick Tip - Share the Limelight
 Great leaders know that their success is directly related to the fantastic people that surround them. Try some of these ideas to recognize those you work with:
- Tell your boss about the great things your team accomplished and ask your boss to send along a personalized thank you to the team.
- The next time you receive praise for your team's performance or your own make sure you pass it on to your team in three ways, in person, by email and again at an upcoming meeting.
- Delegate something that will gain recognition for the individual or the team such as writing an article for the company newsletter or intranet- let others share the limelight!
