Cheryl's Quick Tip - Words Create Energy- Choose Carefully!

What we say and how we say it is crucial to the amount of success we will achieve in our relationships. Master communicators have learned the art of using words that are focused on the future and are solution based rather than using words that focus on the past and the problem. The next time you speak ask yourself the following: "Is what I am about to say or ask going to move us forward?"
When we are tired, frustrated or angry we unconciously use words that diminish not only our own energy levels but that of others. Read the phrases below and notice the different energy you feel when reading them:
