“We had Cheryl as our Keynote speaker at our annual strategic retreat for our senior leaders. Her presentation on “Leading With Power, Energy & Passion” was exactly what our team needed. Cheryl has the unique ability to ‘hear’ what we needed and to completely create a customized message that was EXACTLY what we needed . Her knowledge of technology, leadership tools and emotional intelligence and her ability to give us tools to leverage our skills was right on track with where we need to go as a leadership team. We have a team of highly intelligent and accomplished leaders who are quite jaded and we had one of our long term leaders say, “I have been coming to these for years and Cheryl was by far the most relevant and excellent leadership expert we have had to date”.
As a leadership expert Cheryl combines research, applied knowledge and tremendous insight that ultimately will help our leaders to perform to their next level of success.”S Murdoch

“A few years ago Cheryl was the Keynote speaker at our annual conference – she was so well received that we invited her back to do a special workshop for NLOWE. Cheryl’s session combined personal stories, business ideas, social media ideas, business success strategies and more. In fact she gave one of our members an idea for a web application for her business that could be a ‘million dollar’ idea. Cheryl is a WEConnect International and WBENC certified business and also delivered a message for our women entrepreneurs on the merits of being a certified woman business owner. While here in St. John’s she also met with the local chapter of the Women’s Presidents Organization and delivered a special session on employee retention, generational values and leadership styles. We highly recommend working with Cheryl, she also assisted us to promote our event by preparing press releases, blog posts, video promos and more- she is easy to work with, professional and provides high value to clients.”

“Thank you Cheryl for your keynote at our annual BC Health Conference in Richmond. Your message about leading change in a fast paced, technological and multi-generational workplace was so perfectly timed for us and our industry. Health care is going through major technological advance at a fast speed and we have a diverse group of teams who are adapting to change at different speeds. You provided us with research and insight that helped the leaders in attendance to recognize their own need to adapt to change and the shifting realities of the workplace but also how they can help their teams adapt and get along with each other better. The practical tools you provided were relevant and will help our leaders continue to lead at the highest levels possible.”

Cheryl Cran’s Keynote to our legal technology professionals at the ILTA 2012 conference was fantastic! We are a discerning group with high expectations and Cheryl’s ability to provide new thought provoking information as well as create energy and buzz around her topic was great. we had our highest attendance at an early morning session, ever. Our profession is dealing with continual technological change as well as economic and client pressures. Cheryl’s keynote, “Leading Change in a Fast Paced & Technological Workplace” was spot on. We appreciated the time she took both before the conference and during to talk with our people and deepen her understanding of our group and their challenges. In her keynote Cheryl provided strategies and solutions that were relevant and usable, as well as valuable takeaways to help people in their work. We were all talking about ‘the technology and generations gap’ for days after her presentation. It was a pleasure working with Cheryl before, during and after the Keynote.

“We had Cheryl Cran as our Keynote Speaker at our K-ACTE Conference in Wichita Kansas July 2012. We are a group of educators and we work to bridge the skills we teach our students with the business community. Cheryl’s Keynote on Leading Change in a Fast Paced & Technological Workplace was timely, hugely relevant and of major impact with our group. This is a time of big change and the message Cheryl delivered provided insight, global research and practical ideas on how we as educators can integrate the reality of a very different future into our work. In addition to the Keynote Cheryl provided an afternoon concurrent session on Embracing Generations W,Y and Zoomers in the Workplace and this session further anchored the need for us to adapt to the upcoming generational talents of the millennial’s (those under 20) while continuing to prepare them for the workplace. As a result of Cheryl’s messages we have had many of our attendees continue to talk, generate ideas and more importantly plan to take new actions with the information that was shared.”G Randel

Cheryl’s message was perfect for our audience of entrepreneurs and leaders in the Trinidad business community. Cheryl,
Thank you so much for the INCREDIBLE keynote presentation that you prepared for the Houston Chapter of IFMA. I, personally, thought it was one of the most entertaining and insightful presentations that I have had the pleasure of sitting through. I have gotten a lot of feedback from the attendees and the feeling appears to be unanimous; Cheryl Cran Rocks! I especially appreciate how you took the time to learn so much about our industry and incorporate it into your presentation. Spoken like a true Facilities Management Pro!–J Benjamin

We had Cheryl speak at a January 2012 conference in Atlanta in front of senior executives in the logistics, transportation and supply chain industry. She talked about changing generations at work – from Gen X to Gen Y and Zoomers. Her remarks on the changing dynamics of incorporating the work habits of all the generations was very relevant to the group from an industry known as traditional. She received very good remarks for both her presentation skills but more for her relevance as to why the dynamics matter to industry leaders and the next two or three generations of emerging leaders.

You certainly had our group buzzing with excitement during and following the presentation. You gave us some valuable insights into leading the different generations of customers and staff. I overheard lots of GenY, GenX and Zoomer discussions from our dealers for the next few days following your presentation. I would certainly recommend you to any other groups ( except our competitors, of course).

Cheryl, your keynote “On The Leading Edge of Change” was the highlight of our conference! You did a great job of wrapping up the content of our conference and provided usable strategies for our group. Amazingly your message appealed to the mixed audience of Gen X, Y’s and Zoomers and the majority of the 600 attendees rated you 5 stars.
The custom video you put together demonstrated your research and understanding of our culture and was a nice touch that personalized your message. The combination of stories, statistics and movie clips resulted in a dynamic ending to our leadership conference. It was a resounding success!SVP TD Canada Trust Western Region

All the verbal reviews I have heard to date have been beyond positive for Cheryl and her session. Cheryl, your keynote presentation to our ING Women’s Advisory Group “Increasing Our Momentum- Selling Across the Generations” was met with rave reviews from our group. In this ‘digital media’ age we know in the financial services industry that we have to adapt and shift our approach using technology and understanding the mindset of our Generations X and Y clients. As women in the financial industry we know we can capitalize on the trends and market movements we see happening. Your presentation provided us with research, statistics and proof that we must pay close attention to the changing buyer. In addition to the content your fun approach and ability to get everyone laughing and interacting made it all the more wonderful!
Thank you and we look forward to working with you on future projects. -
Cheryl it was great to have you as our keynote speaker for our 1500 Advisers at the FCCLA conference- your session “3 Generations, 1 Workplace” was a hit! Our group left with new awareness and more importantly great ideas on how to speak the language of Gen Y but also how to leverage technology so that every one from every generation can communicate better and with greater success. Your interactive style with the group was refreshing and having the audience text you questions was a great way to make sure people participated. Thanks for helping us make the FCCLA conference a huge success.
